So this summer was interesting. I watched my sister’s kids. I volunteered at a research lab. I decided that I will consider going to medical school. And I got ready for my next study abroad.
Well, I tried to.
I did everything I could this summer once I got back, looking into different locations and programs, contacting people and doing a ton of research. (I’m type A, what can I say?)
Unfortunately it was pretty difficult for me to get some of the information I needed. I eventually was able to narrow down my possible universities to two: University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom and Monash University in Australia. I was able to get all the information I needed from Monash pretty easily but I was having problems contacting the representative from Hertfordshire to get the course listings and requirements I need. That is, until yesterday.
I am very happy that I was finally able to get a hold of her and the information I need is (hopefully) on its way. But there is always more things to do. For example, my applications are due in less than two weeks and I still need three reccomendations. Will it all work out? Will I survive this craziness? Were will I end up going? ?
PSA: All the GIFs in this post are from the Lizzie Bennett Diaries, which I am kind of obsessed with (deal with it!). Everyone and their bother should go watch them right now on YouTube because they are amazing!
JUST DO IT!!!?
